Staying safe starts with clear listing information, secure booking through the platform, and respectful guest–host communication.

For guests

Book and pay through City Spaces whenever possible so your reservation details are recorded. Read the listing description, amenities, house rules, and cancellation policy before you confirm.

Keep communication and payment on the platform. Avoid sending cash, bank transfers, or personal payment links outside booking flows you do not recognize. If a listing feels unclear or a host asks you to move off-platform, contact support before paying.

For hosts

Keep your listing accurate photos, address guidance, amenities, and house rules. Confirm bookings promptly, share clear check-in instructions, and report damage, safety issues, or policy violations through support so we can help resolve them.

If something goes wrong

In an emergency, contact local emergency services first. For booking problems, unsafe conditions, or suspected fraud, email support@cityspacesandbookings.com with your reservation details. We will review reports and may suspend accounts that violate our terms.
